CAPS TV LIVE STREAM TERMS AND SUPPORT
The stream normally starts 30 minutes before the scheduled face-off time. We now stream at 1280x720 resolution.

Intel HD Graphics 4000 or better
We recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome with a wired ethernet connection for the best viewing experience. If you are using Wi-Fi then please be aware that other devices on the same router, or network, could cause you to have issues.

We also offer support for settings in Google Chrome below and therefore it is easiest to solve your problems if you are using Google Chrome browser.
Ordering the webcast might open a new pop-up window. Some browsers may block it temporarily, but you can open this by clicking the little window in the top-right corner or going into Chrome Toolbar->Settings->Privacy->Show Advanced Settings->Privacy->Content Settings->Allow Pop-ups. The Debit/Credit card option may result in additional charges by your card provider. All payments through the InPlayer platform are protected.

1. MY VIDEO IS BUFFERING OR NOT SHOWING
As a first step, we recommend trying to refresh the browser window (F5 on a Windows PC or CMD+R on a Mac).
Clear the browser cache Chrome Toolbar->More Tools->Clear Browsing Data->Cached Images and Files
We recommend checking your download speed – www.speedtest.net. Please be aware that use of other devices while streaming the game will interfere with download speed used on your streaming device.
2. NOT ABLE TO LOGIN
If you forgot your password, click forgot password on login details page and enter your email associated with the account. You should receive new password from InPlayer. Please check your spam folder.
In some cases, you may not receive password immediately. If this happens, please try alternative e-mail address.
3. PROBLEMS WITH PAYMENTS
If you are not able to submit payment or if you have paid and logged back in, but the player doesn’t recognize your payment, please e-mail us at email@example.com with your issue. We can send you alternative PayPal address and player access code.
4. INPLAYER SUPPORT

Our team is tracking the streaming functionality at all times. We will only offer a refund if full period or 20 non-consecutive minutes of the game are not streamed.
