After the huge success of our “Skate for Free” after Capitals home games last season, we are once again running this throughout the upcoming campaign.
As previously, after every Saturday home game, you will be able to pull on your skates and take to the ice right after the players leave and head to the locker room. You will then be allowed to skate until 10.00pm when the session will end.
We will also be running our “Skate with the Caps” event, not once, but twice this season so keep your eyes peeled on our social media pages as we announce the dates for these events.
All our Saturday home games will Face Off at 6.30pm unless otherwise stated.
Along with Murrayfield Ice Arena, we like to promote hockey as a family sport and it’s been great seeing so many families attend the games and then enjoy a skate afterward.
So why not make a night of it? Come along to watch the Capitals in action then take to the ice for some extra fun!
If you need skate hire you can pay for this at the box office on entry on game night. This will cost an additional £3.
Please note you can only attend the skating sessions if you have been a spectator at the Capitals game that evening.
