Now that the dust has settled and the final 2022-23 SNL games have been played, we would just like to say a few thank yous.
As a club from where we started last June/July to be finishing the season with an average attendance of 1000+ fans is simply incredible.
Firstly, we would like to thank everyone who made the game nights possible. From all the volunteers such as the stewards, goal judges, timekeepers, Fiona and the girls in the merchandise kiosk, and Kelly selling the 50/50-shirt raffles each week. To our lovable Pawz the Lion and the men that bring the music – Jim & Chips.
Thanks also to Ian Mizen who spent his spare time putting together a free Match Programme for fans to pick up at each game.
To Ian Coyle our great club photographer, catching some of the memories of the season through the lens of his camera. To Mark McCabe who has filmed the home games throughout and provided us with game highlights.

Thanks to Murrayfield Ice Arena for welcoming the club back and making the transition for us all nice and smooth. To the Arena staff in the Iceberg Cafe and upstairs in the Caps Bar for their great service.
On the media team thanks to KT Glitz who runs our website and the amazing Helen O’Neill who designs the graphics and any crazy ideas Mark Easton came up with throughout the season. Mark does a fantastic job running all our social media pages and keeps you up to date with all things Capitals. Hopefully, it has been entertaining for you all as we have tried to bring a bit of humour to it also and keep it informative and entertaining.
A huge thanks to Steven Lynch, his backroom staff and the amazing team of players we watched on the ice this 2022-23 campaign. So many great nights throughout the season and that is what kept the great fans of the club coming back week after week.
Finally to you the fans! You guys have supported us from our return back in September and when we finally got back here to Murrayfield in October. Week after week you turned up in numbers and proved that Hockey is very much alive here in the Capital of Scotland. The Coach and players really appreciated the support and hope to see you all back here next season.
We came up just short in the league campaign but as a club, we can assure you we will be looking to strengthen through the summer and once again be contenders for the title.
