With the 2023-24 SNL season just around the corner, the League and Scottish Cup fixtures have now been released by the SIHA.
The Capitals opening league encounter will see us welcome our friends from over the Forth, Kirkcaldy Kestrels here to Murrayfield Ice Arena on Saturday 16th September (Face-Off 6.30pm). The following Saturday (23rd Sept) we are again at home but this time on Scottish Cup duty in what is our Quarter Final 1st leg clash with Paisley Pirates. The return leg is scheduled to be played on Sunday 1st October at Braehead Arena.
Like last season there will again be eight teams battling it out for the league title. All teams will play each other four times, twice at home and twice away. Both Dundee games against the Tigers and Comets due to be played in Dundee, will once again be played for double points.
Hogmanay Hockey this year will see us welcome North Ayrshire Wild to Murrayfield Ice Arena on Sunday 31st December 2023, with a 1.30pm Face-Off.
The season will be concluded with Quarter Final home and away ties and if we are successful we will progress to the Play Off weekend at Murrayfield Ice Arena on the 13th/14th April.
