Edinburgh Capitals are delighted to announce SOS: School of Self as a new sponsor for the 2026-2027 SNL campaign.
SOS: School of Self offers Mental Wellbeing Support for individuals, groups and businesses. Through CPD/CE-accredited workshops, delivered in partnership with The Mental Wellbeing Company, SOS helps create safer, more supportive environments across schools, workplaces and public sector organisations.
Their programmes equip educators, leaders and employees with the knowledge and practical tools to better understand the impact of trauma on mental health and wellbeing. In addition to accredited workshops, SOS: School of Self also provides one-to-one coaching, alongside tailored trauma-informed and positive psychology programmes for individuals, schools and businesses.

Founder Lauren Stewart is a passionate Mental Wellbeing Practitioner dedicated to helping individuals and groups achieve meaningful, lasting transformation. Speaking after joining the Capitals family, Lauren said: “I am incredibly excited for SOS: School of Self to be partnering with The Edinburgh Capitals this season. As a fan of the club, it’s especially rewarding to be able to support the team through both sponsorship and with their mental wellbeing. As part of the partnership, SOS: School of Self will be the Corporate Player Sponsor of Conner McNulty for the upcoming season.
Lauren will also be supporting the team with their mental wellbeing and will be on hand to help in any way necessary, be it 1-1 support or mini workshops.
